Parametric Optimization and Numerical Analysis of GaAs Inspired Highly Efficient I-Shaped Metamaterial Solar Absorber Design for Visible and Infrared Regions

Renewable energy demand is increasing as fossil fuels are limited and pollute the environment. The solar absorber an efficient renewable source that converts radiation into heat energy. We have proposed a gallium arsenide-backed design made with metamaterial resonator SiO2 substrate. investigated thin wire I-shaped designs. I-shape outperforms gives 96% average absorption peak of 99.95%. Structure optimization applied in this research paper using parametric optimization. Nonlinear used because nonlinear system results. method to optimize improve efficiency absorber. arsenide silicon dioxide thicknesses modified see how they affect response design. optimized parameter values for GaAs 2500 nm 1000 nm, respectively. effect change angles also research. high such wide angle incidence. 30° only shows lower about 30–50%. results verified by presenting E-field different wavelengths. applies applications.
